Tina Honkus born in Western Pennsylvania has enjoyed cooking for many years. But the real fun and joy of cooking she has found is spending time doing so with family and friends. Tina is a grandmother or "Gigi" to her two young grandchildren. They have spent many hours cooking and baking together. Tina wants to share the same joy with other families and created the book Paddy Pancake.

Tina has traveled the world and decided to put a unique twist to cooking by sharing recipes from around the world. So get ready to have some fun cooking with your little ones while you travel around the world on Paddy's adventure.

Tina has also founded a non-profit called “Wings of Hope,” which allows the organization to raise funds for those going through cancer.
